The terms and conditions set forth below govern the use and purchase of products offered by Kalla Beton. Users are advised to read them carefully, as they may affect the rights and obligations of Users under the law.

Purchase Transactions

Buyers are required to make transactions through the procedures established by Kalla Beton. Payment must be made using the method previously selected by the Buyer. The Buyer will be connected to Kalla Beton’s Official Representative for further processing.

By purchasing Products, the Buyer agrees that:
1.0. The Buyer is responsible for reading, understanding, and agreeing to the full information/description of the Product (including but not limited to color, quality, function, and others) before placing an order or committing to purchase.
2.0. The Buyer acknowledges that the actual color of Kalla Beton products displayed on the Website/Application may depend on the Buyer’s computer monitor, mobile phone, or device. Kalla Beton has made every effort to ensure that the colors in the displayed photos are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee full accuracy.
3.0. The User enters into a legally binding contract to purchase Goods when completing a purchase, which will then be processed further.
4.0. Kalla Beton does not transfer legal ownership of Goods to the Buyer until full payment has been made and all purchase requirements are met.
5.0. Product availability may change at any time; in case of stock unavailability, Kalla Beton will notify the Buyer.
6.0. The Buyer fully understands and agrees that any transaction conducted outside Kalla Beton’s Official Account and/or without Kalla Beton’s knowledge (including through private channels, personal messaging, off-platform special arrangements, or other means) is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
7.0. Kalla Beton reserves full authority to refuse payment without prior notice.
8.0. The Buyer understands and agrees that when using the Kalla Beton Website to make a purchase, Kalla Beton will forward the Buyer’s information to the Admin for further processing.
9.0. The Buyer is advised to recheck the total payment amount against the invoice shown on the payment page. For payments via bank transfer (manual verification), if there is any underpayment, the Buyer will receive a notification via their registered email to complete the remaining amount to Kalla Beton’s official account within the specified time.
10.0. The Buyer understands and agrees that delays in the payment process and additional fees caused by differences between the Buyer’s bank and Kalla Beton’s official bank account are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
11.0. Refunds from Kalla Beton to the Buyer will only be made under certain circumstances, including:

A.1. Overpayment by the Buyer for a Product.

A.2. Identified shipping issues caused by Kalla Beton that result in damaged Goods.

12.0. The Buyer understands and agrees that any claim submitted after confirmation/automatic confirmation of Goods receipt is not Kalla Beton’s responsibility. Any loss occurring after confirmation shall be borne by the Buyer.
13.0. The Buyer understands and agrees that any delivery issues caused by late payment are the Buyer’s responsibility.
14.0. Kalla Beton reserves the right to make final decisions regarding unresolved transaction issues due to the absence of a settlement agreement.
