Kalla Beton Offers Promotions at the Property & Building Material

MAKASSAR – Kalla Beton participated in the 2024 Property & Building Material Expo, held from August 28 to September 1, 2024, at Trans Studio Mall (TSM). Lightweight brick was one of the main products displayed during the event. Customers who made purchases were guaranteed to receive special pricing.

In addition to lightweight bricks, Kalla Beton also showcased instant mortar products and offered services for ready mix concrete and precast materials. To demonstrate its product quality to visitors, Kalla Beton is scheduled to hold a mock-up demonstration of its instant mortar on Saturday (August 31, 2024), from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM WITA.

“Our special promotion at the 2024 Property & Building Material Expo includes lightweight bricks priced at only IDR 690,000 per cubic meter, down from the regular price of IDR 750,000, for loco purchases (picked up at the factory). For franco purchases (delivered to the buyer’s location), the price is IDR 750,000, reduced from IDR 850,000 per cubic meter,” said Syatir, Marketing Manager of Kalla Beton.

Through this event, Kalla Beton aims to bring its products closer to the public. The company continues to develop innovations and new products that are tailored to meet the current needs of its customers.

The lightweight bricks produced by Kalla Beton are of the Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) type, available in various sizes: 60x20x7.5 cm, 10 cm, 12.5 cm, 15 cm, and 20 cm, to suit different customer requirements.

The advantages of Kalla Beton’s lightweight bricks include lighter weight, fire resistance, low water absorption, high compressive strength, better sound insulation, high dimensional accuracy, and earthquake resistance.
