Govt Praises Kalla Beton for Launching Product in Gorontalo

Gorontalo – The Provincial Government of Gorontalo appreciates Kalla Beton for officially launching one of its flagship products, Instant Mortar, in the region. The product launch, under the umbrella of Kalla Group, took place in Gorontalo City on Friday (December 1).

Wardoyo Pongoliu, Head of the Gorontalo Province Manpower, Energy and Mineral Resources, and Transmigration Office, representing the Acting Governor of Gorontalo, opened the event and expressed gratitude to Kalla Beton for choosing Gorontalo Province as the launch location for their product.

He stated that the product launch and skills development activities conducted for the workforce in Gorontalo represent a great opportunity for skilled construction workers in the area to improve their abilities and quality.

“We also appreciate the fact that this event includes the launching of skills training for the workforce, which will certainly benefit the development of human resources, especially the construction workers. This will undoubtedly improve the quality of work produced,” he said.

Ali Syamsu Wairooy, Chief Operating Officer of Kalla Beton, explained that this program is regularly conducted by Kalla Beton under the theme “One Solution for Your Building Needs.”

Kalla Beton strives to consistently contribute to the construction industry, particularly in Gorontalo Province.

“I see that houses in Gorontalo are well-built. We observe that the people of Gorontalo pay close attention to their home structures. That’s why we brought this product here. This product is actually a replacement for conventional cement, where in terms of quality it replaces the use of red bricks with lightweight bricks,” Ali said.

He also emphasized the importance of knowledge and skills in installing lightweight bricks, which could open opportunities for construction projects using lightweight bricks, making future construction more effective and efficient.

Instant Mortar is an innovative building material made from a mixture of sand, cement, additives, and filters, with composition regulated by specific standards.

Instant Mortar is considered easy to use because the application process requires only the addition of water. During the event, Kalla Beton also introduced four of its flagship products: KB-858 lightweight brick adhesive, KB-878 plaster, KB-868 acian (wall finish), and KB-898 skim coat. (*)
