MAKASSAR – Kalla Beton is reinforcing its direct sales to customers through the Kalla Beton Partner Program. This innovative step aims to make it easier and more efficient to reach prospective customers.
This program is the result of a collaboration between Kalla Beton and Bank Mandiri.
Selected Mandiri agents and partners are part of this program. At the program launch, 20 agents joined during the initial phase.
The inaugural event was held at Saoraja Ballroom on Wednesday (September 25, 2024). Participants were given insights into the advantages of Kalla Beton’s products as well as the benefits of becoming a partner.
Sales & Marketing Manager of Kalla Beton, Syatir, expressed optimism alongside Bank Mandiri that the agents from several regions in South Sulawesi will boost the expected revenue.
“We want to use all available distribution channels to increase revenue. The Kalla Beton Partner Program is one of them, as we are confident that the selected agents are experienced in sales. For the initial phase, we are operating in the Maros, Makassar, Gowa, and Takalar areas,” explained Syatir.
Kalla Beton partners will offer all product types, ranging from lightweight bricks, instant mortar, precast, to ready mix. The benefits for partners are twofold: from Kalla Beton and from transactions processed through Bank Mandiri.
Kalla Beton is known for high-quality products, accurate volume measurements, and excellent service. They also provide after-sales support to ensure customers use the products according to standards without any issues.
Expansion of operational areas continues to meet customer needs in regions such as Makassar, Gowa, Kendari, Kolaka, Gorontalo, Palu, Morowali, Bekasi, and IKN. Despite this, Kalla Beton still accepts orders outside these areas, such as a recent lightweight brick delivery to Maluku. (*)
